What is Holidog?

Well, we are happy that you asked! Founded in 2012, Holidog is the European leader for animal care. Our website allows you to find the ideal person to look after your pets, whether it’s for a few days or just to take them for walks. Nothing could be simpler!

What is the HappyBox?

Do you love making your dog happy? HappyBox makes things simple! HappyBox is a monthly box that contains at least 6 gifts (such as treats and toys, as well as hygiene products) chosen by the Holidog team for your pups and sent directly to your door.

What's inside the HappyBox?

A selection of at least 6 gifts carefully chosen by our team for your pet. The exact content of each HappyBox is a surprise! But rest assured, our team is certain that your dog will love all the treats, toys and other high quality products tried and approved by our head testers: Rocky, the Rottweiler and Betty, the Beagle.

When will I receive my HappyBox?

We will ship your HappyBox around the 20th of each month and you will receive it shortly afterwards. If you haven’t received your goodies after 5-10 working days, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team. We will make sure that you receive your HappyBox as soon as possible! If you want to receive the current month’s HappyBox, it’s important that you order it before the 15th of the month. If you order the box after the 15th of the month, you will receive the next month’s HappyBox. Generally it takes 5-10 working days to get your HappyBox. If at the end of this time period you still haven’t received your box, go to your nearest post office to check whether the box isn’t there waiting for you to come and pick it up!

What are the different types of Happyboxes available?

Currently, we offer four different types of HappyBox: for tiny dogs and puppies (less than 10kg), small dogs (10 to 30kg) medium-sized dogs (30 to 50kg) and large dogs (more than 50kg). We are pleased to announce that we will shortly be introducing a completely new box, specially designed for cats.

My puppy has grown and has become an adult! Can I change my HappyBox to fit their new size?

Yes, of course! Log into your account and change the size of the box you would like to receive for the following month. Be sure to change the HappyBox type before the 15th of each month!

When can I find out what products are in my HappyBox? Is it possible to choose the products myself?

No, that would spoil the surprise for you and your pup! Rest assured that both Rocky the Rottweiler and our team of specialists work hard to create the best box for your best friend.

I only want to receive one box, is that possible?

Of course! If you and your pup want to try our HappyBox for a month, all you need to do is turn off the automatic renewal button in your account after ordering your first HappyBox.

Does my HappyBox subscription renew itself automatically?

Yes but you can cancel the next month’s box at any time. But be careful, if you cancel it after the 31st, you will receive another box before your subscription has ended.

How can I cancel my HappyBox subscription?

What a shame, we will be sad to see you go! If you are a client, simply go on https://us.holidog.com/Client/HappyBox and deactivate the automatic renewal by clicking on “Deactivate”. If you are a pet sitter, simply go on https://us.holidog.com/PetSitter/HappyBox and deactivate the automatic renewal by clicking on “Deactivate”. If you have a Holidog subscription, don’t worry this will not change! Don’t hesitate to give us you and your dog’s opinion by sending us an email at [email protected].

How much does it cost?

If you have a Holidog subscription, your HappyBox costs only $15 per month (plus the shipping fees). If you don’t have a Holidog subscription, the monthly HappyBox costs $33 per month (plus the shipping fees).

How can I subscribe to Holidog?

To subscribe to Holidog and join our network, all you need to do is create a Client account on https://us.holidog.com/. You can sign up to a subscription that suits you and your dog’s needs the best. You can find all the information about the Holidog subscription by clicking here.

Are there shipping fees?

Yes. To make sure that your HappyBox is delivered to you, we charge $0.

When will I be charged?

Initially, you will have the chance to register for free on Holidog. You will be charged for the total amount of your HappyBox subscription whatever the duration (please note that for the month’s subscription you will simply pay for one box at that time). You will next be debited at the end of your subscription in order to renew it. For example, for a subscription of three months, you will pay for your first three boxes and then once it is renewed, you will pay again for three months and so on.

How do I pay?

Today we accept all major types of credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Credit Card).

How can I change my billing address?

It's simple! Log into your account, go onto your profile to the left of the screen and change your address.

Are there shipping fees?

Yes. To make sure that your HappyBox is delivered to you, we charge $0.

When will my HappyBox be delivered?

What happens if my HappyBox takes too long to arrive?

Generally it takes 5 working days to get your HappyBox. If at the end of this time period you still haven’t received your box, go to your nearest post office to check whether the box isn’t there waiting for you to come and pick it up!

How can I change my address?

It's simple! Log into your account, go onto your profile to the left of the screen and change your address.

Does HappyBox support charities?

Yes! We are very proud to announce that all the profit made from our first HappyBox launched in July went towards charities across Europe who rescue abandoned dogs and find them new homes. We would like to thank all our HappyBox subscribers without whom none of this would have been possible. When you buy your HappyBox, you also have the option to make a small donation to a charity organisation or a shelter of your choice.

What type of charities do you support?

We don’t think that any dog should be abandoned, without a loving family to take care of them. That’s why HappyBox works in partnership with shelters that rescue dogs and help them find a new, loving family.
